Razor Binaries Ltd Privacy Policy

The following three sections set out how information is collected by "us" (Razor Binaries Ltd) on www.razorbinaries.com and www.gomojo.net ("the Razor sites") and how "we" (Razor Binaries Ltd) process it.


1. Cookies

Cookies are small files created and read by scripts in Web pages, which may contain information about your browsing behaviour. The Razor sites only use cookies to store temporary settings and to identify your session in GoMojo Web. Other sites linked from the Razor sites may use cookies and you should refer to their own privacy policies.


2. Processing and Use of your Personal Information

On the Razor sites you may submit personal information, including your e-mail address, for product registration, feedback and support requests and for entering competitions and promotions. During purchases of products from Razor Binaries Ltd other personal information will be collected by PayPal, our appointed secure payment processor, and relayed to us. Note that PayPal will never relay credit/debit card details to us and that all information related to your purchase and payment method are collected on PayPal's Web site, not on the Razor sites. We will never ask for your credit/debit card details. Any personal information held by us, including your e-mail address, will be stored securely and will never be released to any third party without your explicit consent. The only exceptions are where the release of your personal information is required by law or where we have evidence that you have abused our services. Your information is protected under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose than responding to your enquiry if your e-mail address was collected from a feedback or support form on the Razor sites. If your e-mail address was collected when you registered or purchased a product from us, or when you entered a competition or promotion, we may use your e-mail address to inform you about product updates and other Razor Binaries products and promotions in accordance with The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. Note that you can opt out from such mailing at any time. Your e-mail address will never be disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We are strongly opposed to acts of spamming and take the protection of your personal information very seriously.


3. Logging of IP addresses

We log IP addresses of visitors to the Razor sites and users of all our Internet based services for security purposes.
